TEMPOXTRA Refund and Return Policy
TEMPOXTRA offers a 100% refund and return policy for products purchased in its online store. Refunds are valid for products that are in perfect condition, with tags and have not been used.
To request a refund, the customer must contact TEMPOXTRA via email at info@tempoxtra.com . The customer must provide the order number, the name of the product and the reason for the refund.
After receiving the refund request, TEMPOXTRA will analyze the case and contact the customer to inform the decision. If the refund is approved, TEMPOXTRA will credit the purchase amount to the customer's bank account or send a purchase voucher to be used in the online store.
The deadline for requesting a refund is up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.
We do not refund shipping fees.
Product Exchanges
Product exchanges are only permitted for items that are not personalized, have the original label and are in perfect condition.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanges.
Exceptions to the Refund and Returns Policy
The refund policy is not valid for the following products:
- Customized products;
- Products with physical defects;
- Products that are not in perfect condition;
- Products that have been used.
Refund Deadline
The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the request is approved. The period for the amount to be credited to the customer's bank account or for the purchase voucher to be sent is up to 30 business days.
